Fish can be tricky, but this recipe makes it downright foolproof. Start with fresh rainbow trout, rub it down with olive oil, salt, and a splash of lemon, then let the pan do the work. In just minutes, you’ll have a filet with crispy skin, tender meat, and bright citrus flavor. The finishing touch is what makes it shine: sprinkle with Seafood & Chicken Seasoning for a classic coastal flavor, or kick it up with our Pequin Lime Seasoning for a tangy, zesty twist. It’s light, fast, and packed with flavor — proof that fish night can be easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Ingredients
- 2–4 rainbow trout filets
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1–2 tbsp Seafood & Chicken Seasoning or Pequin Lime Seasoning
